The staff was very friendly and helpful. However I would say the airport shuttle service needs improvement. The man who was suppose to pick us up was more that 45minutes late - even though we had informed the hotel from the day before of our arrival time. Our flight arrived at 21.15 and the man arrived at 21.55! Causing us to have to reschedule our restaurant reservations twice! Which was very inconvenient. The breakfast buffet was fine but there were hardly any vegan options... Thus I would recommend more fruit variety, almond milk and soy yogurts as some additions to it. Overall it was a good stay. This is our second time visiting the hotel and would recommend it to anyone but especially to solo travellers and young couples. | 5 |
